Warning, the next page is not for the faint of heart.
It’s a lot of yarn.
A lot.
Especially when you consider it doesn’t include the yarn from projects that were frogged. Although, not all of that was bought in 2007.
I did work in a yarn shop for 1/2 of the year though. And experienced a little panic when I left. I got caught up in the Sweet Georgia Yarn frenzy. I went to New York to see my sister and had to check out Seaport Yarns (yarn not depicted because it’s in a WIP), purl and Habu Textiles. And I went to my first fiber festival, Oregon Flock and Fiber unless Yarnover counts. And I moved to a new state and had to yarn taste at the Yarn Garden (yarn not depicted because miters are a work in progress even if I haven’t tapped every ball), knit purl, Nestucca Bay Yarns (some yarn used, hooray) and the Ben Franklin Craft and Frame Shop. And did some vacationing and yarn tasting. And lots of it was probably on sale, balancing out any shipping I may have paid. So don’t judge me when I tell you I’m flat broke. And I’ll probably be on a yarn diet until Black Sheep in 2008.
Besides, it’s not as much yarn as this.
Stash 2007 (or yarn I bought but haven’t done anything with, except maybe wind it)

It’s really true that I can see all my travels in my stash. I’m going to have to stop with the whole ‘but I’m on vacation’ or ‘it’s a souvenir’ attitude, although I’m sure I would have spent that money anyway. Guess what I asked for for Christmas?
No.
Undyed yarn and dye.
All mosaics in this post were created with fd’s Flickr Toys.
