On the downside, I’m home sick. I hate having a sore throat. I think tomorrow I’m just going to take whatever sudafed crud I can find (I’m NOT supposed to take this stuff for a variety of reasons) and go back to work. I’m movied out, bored and probably just have another sinus infection. Of course, my doctor is located near my job anyway.
On the upside, I finished my “Surfer” Zombie Socks for Sock Madness 2.
Dude, I’m you’re totally dead!
Pattern: Zombies (by Emme1e)
Yarn: Blue Brick Wall, Socks That Rock, Lightweight, Blue Moon Fiber Arts
Needles, Size 0
Yep, they don’t fit. That’s because I had to knit a pair of size 7 socks. I have about a thumb sized ball of yarn left too! Maybe I over estimated what you need to knit for size 7 socks? These have 10 repeats in them total.
These are the first finished pair of socks I’ve done using Blue Moon’s fabulous yarn. Maybe I can finish up the other pair I started a while back. I love this colorway; it’s a shame almost that the socks will probably end up going to my Mom. (I hope they aren’t too big for her. These socks are the same length as a size 7 foot, not the same length as a size 7 sock. At least I think so.)

Georgous (sp?) socks! I’m a huge STR fan too. If you’re going to take Sudafed make sure you get it behind the counter from the pharmacist. The stuff they have on the shelves these days doesn’t work for me!
Hope you feel better!
